Where is Parker Jazz Club?

We are located at 117 W 4th Street, Austin, TX 78701. Parker Jazz Club sits at the corner of 4th and Colorado streets—at the heart of Downtown Austin’s booming Warehouse District, the premier location for the city’s top dining and entertainment venues.

Where can I park?

Valet service is available. Rates are typically $20 + tip. There are also paid parking garages nearby. Street parking is difficult to find depending on the day of the week, but it does exist.

Is there a dress code?

We operate with a relaxed dress code, although most people choose to get “dolled up” for the evening.

Audience etiquette?

During performances, we ask that guests silence their devices and refrain from loud conversations, out of respect for the musicians and for other patrons enjoying the show.

Do you serve food?

We offer a selection of pizzas made in-house with fresh ingredients, as well as decadent dessert options, and a savory snack mix.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Advance reservations are highly recommended, as many of our shows sell out. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee seats will be available. We encourage you to check for seat availability online just prior to a show time and/or call the club directly.

What time should I arrive?

Arrive at or close to your scheduled seating time. (Guests can select unique seating times through our online reservation system.) Please allow additional time for parking.

Can I choose where to sit?

Our online reservation system allows guests to select their seat(s).

If I reserve a seat for an 7:30pm show, can I stay for the 9:30pm performance?

A 7:30pm reservation is good for an 7:30pm show. A 9:30pm reservation is good for a 9:30pm show. If we have availability, we will happily invite early guests to remain for the later show.

Is photography or filming allowed in Parker Jazz Club?

We love for folks to take pictures and share on social media. (No flash, please.) However, certain acts may request that no photos or videos shall be taken without written consent. In these cases, our staff will update all of our guests.

Is smoking or vaping permitted?

No.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Absolutely. We have an elevator at street level which will bring you down to our front door. We are fully ADA compliant in all facets of our club.

Are children/minors allowed in the club?

As a general rule, minors are not permitted entry to the club. If parents or legal guardians wish to introduce the joy of live music into the lives of their children, we can address each instance on a case-by-case basis. Please contact management in advance for approval.
